In order to qualify, residents must have a move-in date before 31th October.
Offers for apartments will only be sent to residents once we are able to confirm move-in dates.
12-month minimum contract.
The one months’ free rent will be applied by 50% reduction to your first month’s rent and then 50% reduction to your ninth month’s rent for any 2 or 3 bed apartment.
The one months’ free rent is only applicable to homes within Mustard Wharf at Tower Works.
The credit for one months’ free rent is applicable for rent only and does not include additional services.
Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the one months’ free rent offer is subject to the applicant passing tenant referencing checks and adhering to the tenancy agreement upon taking occupation of the offered apartment.
No cash equivalents or alternative options will be offered.
This offer is not applicable to returning or existing residents - only to new residents taking out new tenancies.
This offer is not applicable to company lets.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including our referral scheme.
We have the right to refuse this offer to any parties at any time.

100% recommend My apartment is a one bed which is spacious and modern. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer and dryer so easy in when colder to dry clothes. There is lots of storage including large wardrobes and within the ottoman bed which is a king. Being so close to the gym has allowed this to become part of daily life.

You’ll fall in love with this place!!! Mustard Wharf is exactly what working professionals should be living in. The design of the multiple buildings with their unique features is a major reason why I moved, I absolutely love sitting on the rooftop gardens in the nice weather. Great decision Design is great. Gym is well equipped and co-working areas are very nice. The maintenance services are great, fast and efficient. Events take place at least once per month. So far has been a good experience. Is also well located, just 5 minutes from the train station.

Great place to live! The place is really well designed and maintained. Plenty of vibrant activity going on in and around the area, but it’s also a really chilled, peaceful place to live too. The facilities are excellent - particularly the free gym and the roof terraces. There’s also plenty of co-working/wfh spaces which are really well presented and kitted out.
